The manga "Mob Psycho 100" will be made into a TV animation! Broadcast in 2016, to commemorate the free release of Volumes 1 to 3

It has been decided that "Mob Psycho 100" by ONE, a manga artist known for "One Punch Man", will be made into a TV animation. Broadcasting started in 2016, BONES such as "Fullmetal Alchemist" and "Symphonic Psalm Eureka Seven" will be in charge.

"Mob Psycho 100" has been serialized on Shogakukan's manga website "Ura Sunday" since April 2012, and has already been published in 11 volumes. ONE, who had serialized "One Punch Man" on his own homepage, was the first to work on this as a publisher's official serialized manga. A story about a junior high school student, Shigeo Kageyama, who has a powerful psychic power, and Mob, who lives quietly when he thinks that psychic power is unnecessary for his life, is attacked by various incidents.

On December 2nd, "Ura Sunday", which had announced the important announcement of the same work, released a manga drawn by ONE who announced the decision to animate as a PR project for the 11th volume of "Mob Psycho 100". ONE also reported on his Twitter account and sent a thank-you message to the fans, saying, "Thanks to the support of our readers for telling us this story!"

Yusuke Murata, who is in charge of drawing for "One Punch Man", which is a serialized version of "Nearby Young Jump", also said, "The work I drew as a hobby before becoming a professional was animated, and the serialized debut work was also animated. I think it's unheard of. ONE teacher is amazing! " To commemorate the animation, "Ura Sunday" has released Volumes 1 to 3 of "Mob Psycho 100" for free for a limited time from December 2nd to 4th.
