I thought it was natural, but the next member did not know and had a different awareness.Do you have such an experience when you work?
I believe that an organization that can work autonomously with creativity and passion can demonstrate the maximum performance.I would like to write about Working AgreeMent, which we are working on as one of the environment creation for that.
If you search for Working AgreeMent on the Internet, you will probably find various articles, but I define:
Unoffic agreement on working together
For example, the relationship between transactions with clients and employment of each employee has a contract, and it is written in documents, and I am included in the "official" agreement.
On the other hand, I belonged to the organization and worked together (= living) as a team, but I did not particularly agree in writing, and it is not written in the employment contract clause, but it is all as "tolerable understanding".Various rules that follow come out.For example, (I'm thinking now)

How should Working AgreeMnet be created?Our team creates the following processes and is still operating.
・ First, the whole team will wash out the unofficial agreement that is “tacit consent”.・ In the aggregated items, there are items that should not be included in Working AgreeMent.For example, we have the idea that the above -mentioned contract matters are "official" and that Working AgreeMENT is not included.These are scrutinized under the agreement of all members.・ Among the aggregated items, each member has different perceptions.All the members will rub together one item.-The text of the created Wroking AgreeMent is expanded to the Wiki of the project management tool so that anyone can check it at any time.
When a new member comes in, first have the team read Working AgreeMent as an agreement on the team.Also, as you are working, your tacit consent will increase and change.We believe that Working AgreeMent should be flexibly added and modified while working, but we will fix it by agreeing in a place where MTG and other members gather instead of editing personally.
Also, if you break Working AgreeMent, you should never blame that person.Everyone can forgot and make mistakes.We believe that instead of treating like sinners, we will improve communication and relationships within the team as a conversation.
