The evolution of our old dog does not stop

Since the state of emergency was lifted in Tokyo on March 21st, my husband and I have been coming to work a little more. It's fine to stay at home most of the time, but I think it's good for my dull body, my feelings, and my work progress to go to work from time to time. In my opinion, going to work once a week is the best.

My husband has been coming to work more and more since spring, and we've been eating lunch together almost every day for the past year, but lately, I've been eating alone more and more. Eating lunch by myself is kind of bland, and I don't even feel like making something just for myself. Also, take a nap rather than eat. And so on. Thanks to my husband, I am able to eat healthy and delicious food, and I am a complete self-neglect (laughs).

I'm sad that I have more lunch days alone, but I'm glad that one of us is at home so we don't miss delivery deliveries and can keep an eye on the old dog. In the first place, the old dog who came from the public health center for a temporary custody at the beginning of the spring, because he was able to stay at home for the first time in the spring of last year. Even after the state of emergency was lifted, he continued to stay at home, so he stayed at home and finally earned the title of "house dog." I've gotten used to my house and I've become able to stay at home, but I still get worried, so I'm happy that one of us can stay at home.

At first, the blind old dog was wandering around the house, bumping into each other like a Roomba. In less than a month he had completed mapping the room and he was free to move. And he started to insist that he wants to climb up and get off with the sofa as his home. At first, he seemed happy in the pet bed, but he immediately said that he didn't like the bed on the floor! smile).

The arm pillow craze seems to have passed after about half a year, and now I like to sleep alone by my pillow. Maybe the pillows are low. Take a quick walk around the room, eat, drink water, go to the toilet, and when you're done, return to your home sofa and say the cutest and most painful voice, "Kuhn!" ’ he cries.

Our old dog has stopped evolving No

Since he came to our house after he became very tired, I didn't intend to discipline him properly. It's natural, but I don't listen to what I say (laughs).

I'm blind and deaf, but my nose is so good that when we're eating, I get excited and want it. Of course, I wouldn't let him eat salty or onions that are bad for his health, but he said, ``You're a short-lived dog, so enjoy it to the fullest.'' From the point of view of my dog who sent me off to heaven, I'm sure he'll be surprised and say, "Oh!?

It's the first time they've eaten anything since they came to our house, and every day is fresh and looks like a lot of fun. When I ate a freshly picked apple for the first time, I was so moved that I ate it, and when I ate sashimi for the first time, the call for extra refills was so great that it was hard for us to eat it ourselves, thinking, "It's over for you!" (laughs). I love baked sweet potatoes so much that when the sweet potatoes are cooked, my nose starts to twitch even when I'm sleeping, and when they're baked, I wake up. He really is an old man like the personification of appetite. It has long been said that "eating the first thing will extend your life by 75 days", but it may be that thanks to the first thing and the appetite, life expectancy is getting longer and longer (laughs).

Evolution doesn't stop there. One day when I was at work, my girlfriend's husband sent me a LINE saying, "Today, before a meeting, I got off the sofa and said, 'Let's eat.' An old man who can't climb the sofa by himself, so he always climbs up and down with his arms. I installed the pet stairs that I inherited from a friend and hoped they would use it. If you can go up and down the stairs freely, it will be easier for both of you.

Many times, I said, "One step, one step, one step at a time" and did something like practice, but there was no sign of it being used at all, and I completely gave up thinking that it would never be used. . Suddenly, he went up the stairs and relaxed on the sofa and fell asleep. "Clara is standing up!" No, my husband can't even see it (laughs).

From the next day onwards, when I was watching the scene for a long time, it would be faster for me to hold her than to use the stairs, so I said selfishly. No matter how many times I was asked, I waited quietly, holding my breath, and headed for the stairs as if I had given up, and climbed up! When I saw that I climbed the stairs by myself until the end, my eyes were already burning hot and I was really impressed!

No matter how old he is, he continues to make new discoveries, learn and grow! I was going to provide him with a warm bed and food until the very end, so I feel like he's been encouraged and helped by the way he continues to evolve even after a year has passed. I wanted to boast loudly that I came to my house to come.
