"Old Life Exhibition" is held in Kita Ward, Okayama City, which collects nostalgic Showa home appliances and tools. About 150 nostalgic household items such as black-and-white televisions and rotary telephones are lined up. This exhibition is open to let children know about changes in their lives through household goods. All of the items on display are furniture and tools that were actually used in houses near the venue. This is a refrigerator that uses ice. It is a mechanism that cools the inside with the coldness of ice. Also, this is a space that expresses a family dining table. In the tea room from the 30's of the Showa era, there is a chabudai and a kotatsu heated with charcoal, so you can learn about the life of those days.
