Upload the completed data through the send button in the "emarf" command, or load the DXF file exported from CAD into EMARF's service site, as shown above. You can choose the type and size of wood used, as well as whether it is finished (no / deburring / deburring + surface polishing).
After the setup is completed, the processing preview will be displayed after the data is processed in a few minutes, and you can view the material fee, processing fee and finishing fee according to the simulation. The PDF of the quotation can also be issued, which is a happy function for the communication within the company and between enterprises.
This time, two wooden chairs and two flowerpots are made of a piece of 24 mm thick flat cypress wood (1820 mm × 910 mm). The price is 2724 yen (including tax). If you choose cheap materials such as Lacey plywood, a chair can be made of about 3000,000 yen to 5000 yen.
